How quickly will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of purchase from our fulfilment center based in San Francisco.

I'm based in outside of the US, can I still order?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

How often do you re-stock each design?

All of our fabrics are bought from small, often family-run, suppliers based in remote parts of the world such as Syria and Nepal. Whilst we love working with these guys, their supply of fabric is up and down so, often, once a design is gone, it's gone for good.

How can I clean my hat?

Each hat is made with a different material but most are cotton / polyester mix which can (technically) be thrown in a washing machine. That said we recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water before letting it air-dry. If at all possible, put the hat around a ball or circular object so when it dries it maintains it's form and doesn't become wrinkled. But even if it does, it will unwrinkle once worn for an hour or so. 

The hats made from thinner materials like silk are a little more delicate and should only be hand washed in warm water with soap. 

Are your products vegan-friendly?

Yes, we use no leather; just something that looks a lot like it!

How is your stuff made?

All of our products are handmade by a small, specialist team based in Guadalajara in Mexico. We do not use any sweatshops.

What if I don't like it?

If there is an issue with your order or you're not totally happy with it, we offer a "no questions asked" replacement or refund. Simply head over to our returns portal here to process it.

Will your hats fit me?

All of our hats have an adjustable strap to ensure you can fit it to your head size. If it doesn't, just return it for a full refund
